Every engagement is defined by a written proposal or agreement describing scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Prices published on this site are indicative starting points and may vary with project requirements.
Industrial Solutions Disclaimer
Monitoring, SCADA and dashboard solutions provide supervisory information. They do not replace machine safety systems, protective devices, lockout/tagout procedures or the customer's obligation to comply with applicable safety standards.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to systems or equipment, and any content, credentials or approvals required to deliver the project.
Intellectual Property
Branding, text and images supplied by the customer remain the customer's property. Software components, templates and tooling developed by ACG SmartWorks remain the property of ACG SmartWorks unless the agreement states otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ACG SmartWorks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost production or lost revenue, arising from the use of this website or the services described on it.
