Our Story
25+ years running operations, turned into practical digital tools.
For more than 25 years I worked inside operations — production, logistics, maintenance, customer service and administration — in businesses of very different sizes.
The pattern repeats everywhere: the data exists, but it arrives too late. Reports explain the loss after it happened, and the people who could have prevented it were never given the number while there was still time to act.
I did not want more reports. I wanted simple tools people actually use during the day — on a phone, on a tablet, at the machine, at the counter — that show what is happening now and what needs a decision.
That is what ACG SmartWorks builds: websites that make a small business findable and credible, industrial systems that show what production is really doing, and automation that removes manual work from the back office.
